I currently live in Ithaca, NY where I work at Cornell University as a senior research associate. I am affliated with PSERC (the Power Systems Engineering Research Center), the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Department of Applied Economics and Management and the Laboratory for Experimental Economics and Decision Research (LEEDR).

Oh ... and I don't have time to keep a web page up-to-date, so most things here are ancient.
